Help
Level Up
Your Steam level grows when you craft badges, and each badge craft takes one complete set of cards.
How to level up
- Open Level Up and choose the level you want.
- The page counts the sets you need, taking your inventory into account.
- Get the sets with Points and withdraw them to Steam.
- Craft the badges in Steam. The shop doesn't craft them for you.
Badge limits
A game's normal badge can be crafted up to 5 times, its foil badge once. Cards show your current badge level, so you can skip games that are already full.
What Steam gives you
- A profile showcase slot every 10 levels.
- 5 more friend slots per level.
- Emoticons and backgrounds for each craft.
- A better chance of booster packs at higher levels.
Deposit
Exchange items from your Steam inventory for Points, then use Points in the shop.
What you can deposit
Complete, tradable card sets, gems, and TF2 keys. Partial sets don't count. The shop takes a limited number of each item, so some may be missing or capped.
How it works
- Open Inventory and refresh it if your items aren't showing.
- Choose items. You'll see their value in Points before you confirm.
- A bot sends you a trade offer in Steam.
- Check the offer and accept it within 30 minutes.
- Points reach your balance when the trade completes.
Good to know
- Rates and limits can change until the shop confirms your request.
- Points are used only in the shop and can't be exchanged for cash.
- A completed trade is final.
Withdraw
What you get in the shop stays in your site inventory until you withdraw it to Steam.
How it works
- Open Inventory and choose items to withdraw.
- A bot sends you a trade offer, usually within a minute.
- Check the offer and accept it within 30 minutes.
If something goes differently
- Large trades arrive as several offers, one at a time. The next arrives after you accept the previous one.
- If an offer expires, nothing moves and your items stay on the site.
- If your Steam account has a trade hold, try again after it ends.
- If an offer shows as declined and you didn't decline it, your Steam API key may be stolen. Revoke it in Steam.
- If a trade is under review, don't repeat it. We're checking the result with Steam.
Referrals
Invite friends and earn Points for every set they buy. Your invite link is in Account.
What your friend gets
10% off their first order of 50 or more sets. A smaller order before that doesn't use it up.
What you get
A share of what the shop earns on each set your friend buys and withdraws. The amount depends on the set and falls if the set was discounted. Keys and gems earn nothing. Points arrive 14 days after each withdrawal.
| Status | Friends' sets | Example: set priced 1,715 |
|---|---|---|
| Collector | 0+ | about 25 Points |
| Crafter | 500+ | about 50 Points |
| Master | 2,000+ | about 125 Points |
Rules
- Status grows with the sets all your friends have bought and doesn't go down.
- Only accounts created through your link count. An existing account can't be added later.
- There's no time limit on a friend's purchases.
- Earning pauses after 6 months without activity on your account. Sets withdrawn during a pause earn nothing.
- Inviting yourself or using fake accounts isn't allowed. Rewards from accounts that share a sign-in address are reviewed and may be refused.

Promo codes and discounts
Promo codes
Enter a code in your cart before you get your items. A code lowers the price of card sets, not keys or gems.
Limits
- You can use each code once.
- A code can have an end date or a limited number of uses.
- Some codes work only on a first order.
- Some sets get a smaller discount or none.
Bulk discount
Larger orders of card sets get a discount automatically, and it grows with the number of sets. The cart shows how many more you need for the next step.
Which discount applies
Discounts don't add up. An order gets the largest of the bulk discount, the promo code, and the friend discount.
