BB'sLevelUp
Shop Privacy Notice
Version 2026-11-02-shop-v4
Scope
This notice covers the BB'sLevelUp shop and its administration. The shop stores its own Steam account profile, roles, balance, sessions, login events, saved trade URL, exchange and trade records, legal acceptance and visit analytics.
Additional Data
When you use the shop, BB'sLevelUp may process:
- your saved Steam trade URL and the signed-in SteamID;
- public Steam inventory data and eligible asset identifiers;
- selected item types, quantities, rates, Points amounts, and exchange records;
- trade job IDs, Steam offer IDs, status changes, timestamps, and error messages;
- shop access role, bot assignment, stock reservation, and support review records;
- how you first reached the shop: referring site, campaign tags in the link, landing page, and any invite code;
- basic shopping events, such as starting a cart or a failed exchange and its reason;
- promo codes you used, and referrals you made or came from, with their rewards; and
- your public Steam level and the number of items in your Steam inventory when you buy.
Catalog searches that find nothing are stored only as daily totals per search term, without your account. Terms that look like personal data or links are not stored.
How the Data Is Used
The additional data is used to validate trade ownership, display eligible inventory, reserve stock, calculate and record Points, queue and monitor Steam offers, prevent duplicate or abusive operations, diagnose failures, and review support requests. It is also used to measure which channels and shop steps work, and to apply promo codes and referral rewards. To prevent abuse, sign-in addresses of different accounts may be compared, and staff may review an account using these records together with your Steam level and item count. These checks do not decide anything on their own.
Sharing
Trade operations necessarily interact with Steam and Valve infrastructure. Data may also be processed by the hosting, database, cache, network, monitoring, and error-reporting providers used to operate BB'sLevelUp. Shop data is not sold.
Retention
Inventory cache data is temporary. Exchange, balance, trade, status, security, and acceptance records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to complete operations, maintain an accurate transaction history, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
