Shop Access

The catalog is public when the shop is Open. Item exchanges require an active Steam account. Signing in with Steam means you accept these terms and the Shop Privacy Notice. Coming soon and Maintenance limit access to authorized roles.

Points and Items

The shop may allow eligible Steam items to be deposited for internal Points and may allow available items to be selected using Points. Points are service accounting units, not legal tender, electronic money, a bank deposit, or a right to receive cash.

Rates, accepted items, limits, stock, and bot availability may change. A displayed item or rate is not reserved until the service confirms the operation.

Promo Codes and Referrals

A promo code lowers the Points price of card sets in one order, within its stated limits. It does not combine with a bulk or friend discount: the order gets the largest one. Some sets may receive a smaller discount or none.

A friend who creates an account through your invite link gets 10% off their first order of 50 or more card sets. For every card set that friend buys and withdraws, you receive a share of what the shop earns on it in Points, set by your status, 14 days after the withdrawal; keys and gems do not count. Your status depends on the card sets your friends have bought. Earning pauses after 6 months without activity on your account, and sets withdrawn during a pause earn nothing. Rewards may be reviewed and refused where accounts appear related or the program is abused. These offers may change or end at any time.

Steam Trades

• You must control the Steam account and trade URL used for a shop operation.
• Review the recipient, items, quantities, and direction of every offer before confirming.
• Steam trade holds, confirmations, restrictions, and outages may delay or prevent a trade.
• A transfer is complete only when confirmed by Steam and recorded by BB'sLevelUp.

Final Transfers and Manual Review

Completed item transfers are final. If an operation fails, remains pending, or appears to be recorded incorrectly, you may request a manual review. A review does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement, repeat trade, or Points adjustment, except where required by applicable law.

Your Responsibilities

Do not exploit errors, bypass limits, submit assets or accounts you do not control, interfere with bots, or use the shop for fraud or unlawful activity. Report suspected balance, stock, or trade errors to support instead of attempting to reproduce them for gain.

Availability and Risk

The shop is provided as-is and as available. Features may contain errors and may be paused or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, BB'sLevelUp does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, item availability, external market value, or action by Steam or Valve.
